We’ll also revise all the configuration settings necessary for your web sites to be fully functional on our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform.Our techs are completely capable of moving just about any site. With years of practical experience in the industry, they are well–versed in the inner workings of our web hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other commonly used Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom–made web application with multiple custom libraries is as easy as moving a plain WordPress–based blog.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time frame, since there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to move your site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (when the content is not large).

A: Yup. We’ll need the name of the website that you wish us to migrate. We’ll also need a way to access your current web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your site.

A: While we move your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. After that, we’ll instruct you how to transfer the domain name to your hosting account with us and how to edit the DNS resource records.

A: Nope. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We will never get in touch with your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. In essence, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
